The Student Scientific Circle of the Polish Nurses' Association was established on January 25, 2018. The Circle's activities focus on promoting scientific achievements in nursing and related sciences, shaping ethical attitudes among its members, and supporting the professional and scientific development of nurses. Through collaboration with institutions, associations, and ongoing nursing research, the Circle members have the opportunity to implement innovative findings into nursing practice in their professional work.

The goals of the Circle's activities are:

1. 1) Stimulating interest in scientific and research work, creative, self-educational, and popularization activities within the student community.

2. 2) Organizing scientific meetings, discussions, seminars, practical training, conferences, scientific sessions, and scientific camps.

3. 3) Arranging trips to conferences.

4. 4) Developing collaboration among students from national and international institutions with related specialties.

5. 5) Disseminating the results of nursing students' scientific work.

6. 6) Promoting the University and the nursing program.

September 24, 2020 Presentation of a poster during the 12th Scientific Conference "Interdisciplinarity as the Key to Development," organized by the TYGIEL Foundation in Lublin: Colorectal cancer prevention in the awareness of individuals aged 50 and over - challenges for an interdisciplinary team.

September 24, 2020 Participation of Circle members in the Conference inaugurating the Nursing Now Campaign in Warsaw. The conference took place at the Ministry of Health. The Nursing Now campaign is a three-year global campaign (started in 2018 and initiated in connection with the 200th anniversary of Florence Nightingale's birth - a precursor of modern nursing). The campaign is conducted in cooperation with the International Council of Nurses and the World Health Organization as part of the Burdett Trust for Nursing program. The campaign will last until the end of 2020.
