About the departament
The Faculty of Technical and Economic Sciences specializes in professional education and preparation for employment of highly specialized staff for the needs of the modern labor market in the field of social sciences, economics and finance, as well as management and quality sciences. It combines the best contemporary models of practical education, consistent with the needs of employers and the labor market.
The staff employed at the Faculty are professors, assistant professors and assistants with very rich scientific achievements related to the fields of study. Her advantage is also very high qualifications and professional and expert experience acquired during many years of professional work and while running her own business. They also conduct interdisciplinary research in the field of entrepreneurship, economics and finance, management and quality sciences, sociology and legal sciences, aimed at examining changes taking place in business, e-business and the local community.
The Faculty develops and strengthens cooperation with employers and the business environment, which is expressed in numerous study visits of students and employees to workplaces, business environment institutions, meetings, conferences and workshops, which are aimed at permanently improving the quality of education in practical fields and internships. professional.
It builds lasting relationships with the local community through numerous innovative activities aimed at popularizing knowledge among young people as part of cyclical projects: including: Matura Academy and SOS MATURA, as well as ongoing projects titled: Higher Children's Academy, Academy of Manager and Financier and Academy of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.
The University's innovative teaching infrastructure is adapted to the needs of all students, including people with disabilities, which creates excellent conditions for studying. In turn, practical classes conducted, among others, by academic teachers, entrepreneurs, management staff of the above-mentioned institutions, in appropriately equipped simulators and laboratories (including the Company Simulator, Entrepreneurship Incubator, Accounting and Finance Laboratory, Business Processes Laboratory and others) reflect the environment of future professional work, allow for acquiring current knowledge and practical skills and professional competences.

It periodically expands and tightens cooperation with leading leaders - entities and institutions in the surrounding area.

Ze względu na wejście w życie w dniu 25 maja 2018 roku Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych, dalej zwane jako „RODO"), kierując się potrzebą jak najlepszej ochrony Państwa praw wynikających z nowych przepisów, informujemy, iż wprowadziliśmy nową Politykę prywatności, regulującą zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych po dniu 25 maja 2018 roku.
Wprowadzone zmiany mają na celu przede wszystkim podniesienie standardów obsługi oraz bezpieczeństwa przetwarzania Państwa danych osobowych. W nowej wersji Polityki prywatności uszczegółowiliśmy w związku z tym zasady przetwarzania powierzanych nam danych osobowych, dostosowując w ten sposób dotychczasowe rozwiązania do wymogów RODO.

Nowe dokumenty i procedury obowiązywać będą od dnia 25 maja 2018 roku.
