Step I


Registration through the website:

  • Enrollment for studies at the State Vocational University named after Prof. Stanisław Tarnowski in Tarnobrzeg takes place according to the recruitment calendar, a link to the recruitment schedule is available on the internet in the Candidate's Internet Recruitment System (SIRK).
  • The registration module will be activated from June 3, 2024.
  • The candidate registers in the system and then completes the form with basic data (first name, last name, email, password) and creates a recruitment account.
  • The candidate will receive a registration confirmation to their email address.
  • Each candidate is assigned a system-generated unique candidate number, and information about those accepted to the studies will be posted after each completed round in the form of lists with unique candidate numbers.

Step II


Creating an account by the candidate and completing the necessary data for the personal survey form.


ATTENTION! VERY IMPORTANT!

Before starting to create an account in SIRK, you should prepare:



1. A photo in electronic format according to the described requirements.
2. Matriculation certificate (applies to candidates for first-degree studies and JSM - data completed in the "Education Type" field).

3. High school diploma (applies to candidates for all courses and degrees).
4. Bachelor's degree diploma (applies to second-degree studies).
5. Certificate of the average grade obtained during the first-degree studies (applies to candidates for second-degree studies).


Then, fill in the "My Data" tab.


REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PHOTO:

    • File format: png, jpg, bmp, jpeg,
    • Photo dimensions: 237 x 297 or larger,
    • Maximum file size: 2 MB,
    • The photo should be taken against a uniform light background, have good sharpness, and accurately represent the natural skin color (color photo). It should include the image from the top of the head to the upper part of the shoulders, with the face occupying 70-80% of the photograph. The photo should clearly show the eyes, especially the pupils, and depict the person in a frontal position (facing forward), without head covering and glasses with dark lenses, looking straight ahead with open eyes not covered by hair, with a natural facial expression and closed mouth.
    • Maximum resolution: 90-150 dpi.

Step III


ATTENTION!
In the last step of the "My Data" tab, you should verify the entered data and then save it.

Recruitment Tab:

  • The next step is to submit an online application for the selected course(s),
  • In step 3, please download the personal survey form and verify the correctness of the data. In case of errors, you can correct the data by pressing the "Change" button. After checking the data, select "Next" and in the next step, submit the application by pressing the "Submit Application" button,
  • In this tab, the last step is to press the "Required Documents" button.

Step IV


Required Documents Tab:

  • You should upload files of all required electronic documents for the chosen course(s) in PDF format,
  • After approving the attached files in the "My Applications" tab, you can set priorities for the courses. (If the candidate chooses more than 1 course of study).

Step V


Finance Tab:

  • You should copy the individual account number and the transfer title, then proceed to make the transfer using online banking or make a payment at a payment point.
  • Attach the confirmation of the completed transfer (in PDF format) in the "Required Documents" tab.

ATTENTION!

Based on the Rector's Order regarding the determination of the recruitment fee at the State Vocational University named after Prof. Stanisław Tarnowski in Tarnobrzeg, persons with disabilities are exempt from the obligation to pay the recruitment fee.

Please attach a scan (PDF file) of the current disability degree certificate and provide the original for inspection along with other documents to the Recruitment Point.

Step VI


  • fter successfully attaching the documents through SIRK, the Interdepartmental Recruitment Committee verifies the submitted documents and accepts them if they are correctly attached. You can check the status of the documents in the "Required Documents" tab.
  • If a file is incorrect or faulty, it receives the status "to be corrected." In such a situation, the candidate must attach the correct file in the same tab.
  • After the acceptance of all documents in the SIRK system, the candidate should prepare the original set of documents and deliver them to the Interdepartmental Recruitment Committee at the Recruitment Point, located in the University building at 50 Sienkiewicza Street, ground floor, room 14.

    The complete set of documents must be submitted in person or based on power of attorney (power of attorney form in the "Required Documents" tab). Documents must be submitted within the deadlines specified in the recruitment calendar.

    IMPORTANT!

    It should be noted that online registration alone is not sufficient to participate in the recruitment process.


    The Interdepartmental Recruitment Committee allows only those individuals to undergo the qualification process for studies who have registered in SIRK and submitted a complete set of documents at the Recruitment Point.

Step VII


Announcement of Results:

  • - After the completion of the recruitment process, the results are published in SIRK and on notice boards at the Recruitment Point in the building at 50 Henryka Sienkiewicza Street.

  • - The announcement of results is scheduled within the dates specified in the Rector's Order regarding the recruitment calendar.

Medical examinations:

  • - Medical examinations are only carried out by candidates for first and second-degree studies in nursing and first-degree studies in emergency medical services.
  • - Referrals for medical examinations are issued only at the Recruitment Point.
  • - Candidates can personally choose the referrals or authorize others to do so.
  • - Medical examinations are conducted by entities specified in the list (tab: Required documents).

ATTENTION CANDIDATES! VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

  • - Original medical certificate obtained from an occupational health physician (applies to nursing and emergency medical services).
  • - Confirmation of payment in the amount of PLN 85 (as a printout of the bank transaction confirmation or a form of payment made at the post office).
  • - Certificate of the average from the course of studies (applies to second-degree studies).

All these documents should be submitted (along with the originals for inspection, i.e., maturity certificate, diploma) at the Recruitment Point.
